How it works

  1. 1

    Send me your buyer

Use the form below, call, or text me. A name and a phone number is all I need to start.

  2. 2

I talk to them and find the right loan

A real conversation, not a long application. Your buyer gets a pre-approval letter they can write offers with.

  3. 3

You stay in the loop to closing

You hear from me at each step, so there are no surprises the week of closing.

Send me a buyer

Questions agents ask

Which states do you lend in?

Home loans for buyers who will live in the home: Florida, Texas and California. Investment property and commercial loans: nationwide.

My buyer got turned down by their bank. Can you help?

Often, yes. Banks offer a narrow set of loans. Self-employed buyers, investors and buyers with unusual income usually have options a bank never shows them.

Will you keep me updated?

Yes. You'll hear from me when your buyer is pre-approved, when the appraisal comes in, and when we're clear to close.

My client wants to buy before they sell. What are the options?

Depending on their equity, a bridge loan or a home equity line can cover the down payment on the next home, so they don't have to make a contingent offer.

Have a buyer, or a deal that's stuck?

Call or text me directly. Your client will love you for it.
